Who We Are.
An EU-Sovereign Private Intelligence Firm.
ELEARS is a Wrocław-headquartered private intelligence firm. We combine an AI-native platform with a senior services bench drawn from former intelligence, prosecutorial, diplomatic, and investigative-journalism backgrounds. Our analysts work in Polish, Russian, Ukrainian, German and English.
We serve three audiences: NATO and EU defence buyers; global law firms and multinationals operating in the region; and Polish and CEE enterprises with cross-border exposure. We are independent of any client, government, or vendor.

On the Name.
ELEARS renders the Polish chorągiew elearska — the period name for the Lisowczycy, the elite 17th-century Polish-Lithuanian light cavalry famed for cross-border reconnaissance, autonomy, and intelligence-gathering for the Crown. They were Polish-led and allied-deployed. The continuity is not aesthetic; it is operational.
